Highlight of the 2017 cruise season: The Hamburg Cruise Days

From 8 - 10 September 2017 the popular maritime event will be taking place for the sixth time. The Hamburg Cruise Days will again take place in conjunction with Europe’s leading congress and trade show for the cruise industry, Seatrade Europe (6 - 8 September 2017), and a wide range of other trade events, as the globally unique Cruise Week. As in previous years, the illuminated artwork Blue Port Hamburg by lighting artist Michael Batz will provide the artistic anchor for the event.more »

Ten cruise ships will be calling in for the Hamburg Cruise Days

The sixth Hamburg Cruise Days this year are expected to set new attendance records: ten cruise ships will be calling in on the port for the Hamburg Cruise Days’ weekend: the AIDAprima (AIDA Cruises), MSC Preziosa (MSC Cruises), Europa and Europa 2 (both Hapag-Lloyd Cruises), Mein Schiff 3 (TUI Cruises), Albatros and Amadea (both Phoenix Reisen), Silver Wind (Silversea Cruises), Norwegian Jade (Norwegian Cruise Line) and the river cruise ship Sans Souci (Plantours). more »

Onwards and upwards: the success story of the Hamburg Cruise Days continues Planning for Hamburg Cruise Days 2015 in full swing

Following the huge success of the Hamburg Cruise Days 2014, the planning for next year’s Cruise Days is now in full swing. As many as eight luxury liners have signed up for next year’s event, which is due to take place from 11 to 13 September 2015. BLUE PORT HAMBURG 2014 The magic of colour, the enchantment of the port
