Help, services and useful information: Here are some practical tips for special and everyday needs on the event site.

Info-Point

Everything about the Hamburg Cruise Days 2025: On the Jan Fedder Promenade next to the Ankerplatz; open during event times.

Friday, 12 September: 2 pm – midnight
Saturday, 13 September: 11 am – midnight
Sunday, 14 September: 11 am – 8 pm


Parent-child meeting point

Got lost? Then this is the place to meet: in the centre of the event area on Jan-Fedder-Promenade at the Hamburg Cruise Days Studio, young and old can meet up again.


Lost & Found

Lost or found items can be handed in or collected at the Hamburg Cruise Days Info Point on Jan-Fedder-Promenade.


Accessible toilets

There are two locations on the event site with accessible toilets, or toilets that can be reached barrier-free by public transport.

Niederhafen – Vorsetzen public toilets:
Toilets are located below the Jan-Fedder-Promenade

  • Opening hours
    Monday to Saturday: 10 am – 12 pm
    Sunday: 10 am – 9 pm
    Disabled accessible WC 24/7

Public toilet Landungsbrücken:
Toilets are located at Brücke 4 by the souvenir coin press

  • Opening hours
    Monday to Saturday: 8 am – 9 pm
    Sunday: 7 am – 6 pm

You can reach both locations via Landungsbrücken U/S stop on the U3 underground line and S-Bahn lines S1, S2 and S3.

Furthermore, there are five mobile toilet facilities across the festival site, three of which are equipped with an accessible cubicle.
You can find them at the following locations:

  • Landungsbrücken forecourt/Alter Elbtunnel
  • Pauli Landungsbrücken 3 – Blockbräu
  • Baumwall – beside the Underground station

The number of bicycles is limited.

The event site is not suitable for bicycles and e-scooters and their use is prohibited there. For more information, please use the HVV app and the StadtRAD Hamburg app.

How to get there

Parking is limited around the event area. You can save time by using the public transportation services:

Tube: Landungsbrücken, Baumwall (beide U3), Meßberg (U1), Überseequartier (U4)

S-Bahn: Landungsbrücken (S1 und S3) und Stadthausbrücke (S1 und S3)

Bus: 111 (Altona – HafenCity), 2 (Berliner Tor – Schenefeld)

Stadtrad-Stations: Fischmarkt / Breite Straße, S Reeperbahn / Königstraße, Bernhard-Nocht-Straße / Zirkusweg, S+U Landungsbrücken / Johannisbollwerk, U Baumwall / Elbphilharmonie, Auf dem Sande / Kehrwieder / Miniatur Wunderland, Am Kaiserkai / Großer Grasbrook, Am Strandkai / Großer Grasbrook, U Überseequartier / Grasbrookpark. The number of bikes if limited.

The event grounds are unsuitable for bikes and e-scooters and their use is prohibited here. You can also use the HVV app and the StadtRAD Hamburg app.

A tip for when you’re leaving: As many visitors are expected to come to the event on Saturday evening, we recommend using the train stations Stadthausbrücke (S1 und S3), Meßberg (U1) and Überseequartier (U4) to get to central station, or bus number 2 (Am Kaiserkai).
