Everything about the Hamburg Cruise Days 2025: On the Jan Fedder Promenade next to the Ankerplatz; open during event times.
Parent-child meeting point
Got lost? Then this is the place to meet: in the centre of the event area on Jan-Fedder-Promenade at the Hamburg Cruise Days Studio, young and old can meet up again.
Lost & Found
Lost or found items can be handed in or collected at the Hamburg Cruise Days Info Point on Jan-Fedder-Promenade.
Accessible toilets
There are two locations on the event site with accessible toilets, or toilets that can be reached barrier-free by public transport.
Niederhafen – Vorsetzen public toilets:
Toilets are located below the Jan-Fedder-Promenade

Monday to Saturday: 10 am – 12 pm
Sunday: 10 am – 9 pm
Disabled accessible WC 24/7
Public toilet Landungsbrücken:
Toilets are located at Brücke 4 by the souvenir coin press
- Opening hours
Monday to Saturday: 8 am – 9 pm
Sunday: 7 am – 6 pm
You can reach both locations via Landungsbrücken U/S stop on the U3 underground line and S-Bahn lines S1, S2 and S3.

The event site is not suitable for bicycles and e-scooters and their use is prohibited there. For more information, please use the HVV app and the StadtRAD Hamburg app.
